I checked internally on Us West 2, and it loaded correctly.

Also, I don't see any internal advisory about this.

If the issue persists, please open a case with Support and share the Case ID.

Just to let you know it has been confirmed that if your central Dashboard is part of EU-Central-1, the dashboard widgets aren’t loading.

This is being currently investigated under SIM-71704
